It isn't everyday that you'll find that someone
who would care for you,
That someone who would sacrifice time just to talk to you
in the middle of the night until dawn.
It isn't everyday that you'll find that someone
who would hug you in the midst of the storm,
That someone who would make you laugh
despite all your problems in life.
It isn't everyday that you'll find that someone
who wishes and longs to be with you,
That someone who would paint a smile in your face
with a permanent marker.
It isn't everyday that you'll find that someone
who would brighten up your day with sweet and hopeful words,
That someone who would make you realize
that happy endings do not only happen in stories, but in reality as well.
It isn't everyday that you'll walk the street
and meet someone who will make your head turn,
And tell yourself that
this person is the one.
This person will come to your life only once,
and when this person drops by to your doorstep and knocks at your heart's door,
Let this person in
for he might never return.
With overwhelming gladness,
You took away the sadness,
Because of you I will not be blue,
I love you so much, my Ralf Andrew.
